Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Products must be unused, unworn, and include all original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Personal care items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items without original tags or packaging

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Log into your account and access “Order History”
  2. Select “Request Return” for the relevant order
  3. Complete the return authorization form
  4. Wait for email confirmation with return instructions
  5. Package items securely with original packaging

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt.

5. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, please contact customer service with your order number and details about the issue. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Store Credit
You may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credit is issued immediately upon return approval and never expires. It can be used for future purchases on our website.

8. Return Exceptions
Some products may have specific return requirements that will be clearly stated on the product page. Please review these policies before purchasing specialty items.

9. International Returns
International returns must be sent using a trackable method. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees. Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping costs.

10. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage and your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label and process immediate replacement or refund.

11. Return Status
You can track your return status through your account dashboard. We will send email notifications at each stage: return received, inspection completed, and refund processed.

12. Holiday Return Policy
Items purchased between November 1st and December 24th may be returned until January 31st of the following year. Regular return policy applies to all other purchases.

13. Original Payment Method
Refunds must be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will issue store credit for the refund amount.

14. Return Packaging
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Products without original packaging may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

15. Final Sale Items
All items marked “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review your selection carefully before purchasing final sale merchandise.

16. Return Without Receipt
Returns without proof of purchase may be accepted at our discretion for store credit only. The credit amount will be based on the current selling price.

17. Warranty Returns
Manufacturer warranty claims must be processed through the manufacturer directly. Please contact us for warranty information and assistance with manufacturer contact details.

18. Bulk Order Returns
Orders of 15+ items may have different return terms. Please contact customer service before returning bulk orders for special instructions.

19. Return Label
The return label is valid for 30 days from issuance. If lost, you can generate a new label through your account within the return period.
