Shipping & Delivery
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
2. Domestic Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping methods within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $5.99
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99
Free standard shipping on orders over $50.
3. International Shipping
We ship to over 60 countries worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Delivery times typically range from 7-21 business days depending on the location.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
5. Shipping Carriers
We partner with major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier is selected based on the best service available for your location.
6. Delivery Times
All delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
7. Undeliverable Packages
Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded minus the original shipping costs. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
8. Multiple Item Orders
Items from the same order may ship separately if they have different processing times. You will only be charged one shipping fee, and you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
9. Address Changes
To change your shipping address, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Address changes after this time cannot be guaranteed as orders move quickly to processing.
10. Shipping Restrictions
Some destinations may have shipping restrictions due to local regulations or carrier limitations. These will be indicated during the checkout process.
11. International Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply. These charges are not included in the order total and are determined by your local customs office.
12. Signature Requirements
Orders valued at $250 or more require a signature upon delivery. You may authorize carrier release through your tracking notification if available.
13. PO Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to PO boxes via USPS only. Express and overnight shipping are not available for PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
14. Damaged During Shipping
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery or contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged package and contents. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund.
15. Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, first check with neighbors and your local post office. Report missing packages to us within 14 days of the delivery date.
16. Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (November-December), please allow additional processing and delivery time. Specific holiday shipping deadlines are announced on our website each year.
17. Rural Delivery
Some rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times. Additional surcharges may apply for remote locations.
18. Shipping Confirmation
If you haven’t received shipping confirmation within 2 business days, check your spam folder or contact customer service with your order number.
